Individual Annual Membership Fees:

​

• Adult (18+) FULL Membership $25 each

• Adult (18+) ASSOCIATE Membership $25

• Junior Membership ( <18 at registration) FREE

• Family Memberships are not available as each rider must have their own membership, signed waiver forms, and a unique email address per adult for insurance purposes.

 

• Contributions towards our start-up expenses are also appreciated. Note that tax receipts can not be issued for contributions because we do not have charity status. To learn more, click here.

 

Terms

Annual memberships are for the current calendar year (January 1 to December 31.)

• All FULL (riding) members must have Alberta Equestrian Federation or equivalent insurance, such as Horse Council BC.

• Adults must sign for the Junior Members at the same address, and may use their (adult) email for those Junior Members.

• All members must read, sign and return the ABH Acknowledgment of Risk and Release of Liability Waiver once, when they join our organization. The form is part of the sign-up process.

• All members must resign the ABH/ACERA Insurance Waiver each calendar year. The form is part of the sign-up process.

 

Membership Payments

 

• After your forms (insurance, waivers, and payment) are verified; you'll receive a follow-up email advising you that your membership has been approved and payment is due.

• Please put your full name, type of membership(s) and a breakdown of the money sent in the comments section of the e-transfer. (i.e. If it is a membership plus a contribution or is for multiple memberships.)

• Once approved (provided your membership stays in good standing) you then use the email/password you provide to us on the membership application form to sign in to the ‘members only’ section of our website at any time. (This feature is still to come.)
